Eyal Wachtenberg, Founder and Active Chairman of the Board
Eyal, the inventor of QuiCare's technologies, brings decades of experience in high level industrial and technology management. Concurrently with his role as Chairman of the Board, he also serves as CEO of Exerra Ltd., a company involved in the design of X-Ray machine vision inspection for the electronics assembly industry. Eyal has held several leadership positions in Israel's high-tech industry, including Managing Director of Business Development at Zinook, a start-up accelerator and Telecom and Internet Business Development Manager at Microsoft Israel, where he was in charge of funding and business development for more than 20 early-stage technology companies. Eyal has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from The Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.

Nissim Greisas, Founder and COO
As Chief Operating Officer of QuiCare, Nissim is responsible for general management, product development, financing and marketing and sales activities. He has more than 25 years of accumulated experience in these areas, having established and managed g.n.Initiative, a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, business development and capital investment management of technology-oriented firms, and as Global Marketing Manager for Degem Systems and Business Development and Marketing Manager for Telrad Networks. Nissim has a BSc in Electronic Engineering from SUNY Buffalo, US, and an MBA from The Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.

Dan Eylon, Ph.D., VP Research and Development
As VP Research and Development, Dan is responsible for QuiCare product development, patenting and regulatory applications. He has 18 years of experience in R&D management, in both established companies and startup environments. In 1994, Dan joined Nova Measuring Instruments (NASDAQ:NVMI) in its early stages and served as manager of the Software and Algorithms disciplines. Subsequently, he served as VP R&D for two startup companies involved in digital printing and communications. In 2000, Dan joined AppStream, a startup developing novel technologies for streaming software, and as VP R&D, was responsible for transferring R&D activities from Israel to the US. Dan appears as inventor on 11 patents invented during his work to date. He has a BSc in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and MSc and PhD in Medical Physics from Tel-Aviv University.

Edward R. Siemens, Chief Marketing Officer
Ed is responsible for US field sales, service, marketing, corporate accounts, clinical education, sales order support and customer support operations. He has extensive experience in the consumer and professional healthcare market sectors, having served as VP Sales and Marketing, and later President of Omron Healthcare Inc, the world’s largest global manufacturer of home-use digital blood pressure monitors and medical diagnostic products, and VP Sales of the Home Healthcare Division at McKesson Corporation, the leading US distributor of healthcare products to pharmacies and home medical equipment dealers. In this capacity, he directed all sales functions through 48 distribution centers nationwide serving over 22,000 customers and generating over $160 million in revenues.
